My mission as a therapist is to help my clients gain the confidence and skills they need to regain a sense of control over their lives. I utilize an integrative treatment approach and primarily integrate Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns. My clinical focus has been treating anxiety disorders.
