My person-centered approach focuses on assisting the client with processing their issues and finding ways to manage the problems. My specialties include mindfulness practices, stress management, anger management, emotion regulation and behavioral techniques. I work with clients to build self-esteem, self-confidence and self-empowerment.
My job as a therapist is to help you to create goals to get you back to your true self and live a happier life. I believe that the therapeutic process should be collaborative, and each treatment plans are individualized for each client. I have created a safe space for my clients that is accepting, non-judgmental, compassionate and open.
