Thea's approach is individualized, supportive, and strengths-based in order to assist clients in reaching their highest potential. Thea's approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused and supportive psychotherapy. Thea specializes in assisting clients to manage depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, relationship/peer difficulties, and trauma.
