As a clinician my passion is to facilitate alleviating suffering through various evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I see humans as interwoven and connected beings, putting value on unification when healthy and possible. As a yoga teacher I view, mindfulness, body movement, and meditation as foundational to our peace of mind and have experience in the application of such practices.
