Feelings of isolation? Worry? Overwhelmed? Do you find yourself wandering without intention, direction or a clear purpose? Are you missing out on the present because your mind is somewhere else? If you are not constantly thinking about the past, are you worrying about the future? Do you feel uncertain and unsettled?
If so, I can help! I take a holistic approach to therapy looking at you as a whole person through your own unique experiences so that we can work together to gain a deeper understanding which aims to uncover underlying causes, patterns and beliefs. I want to help you get to the root of what is ailing you so that you can discover the insight you need to move forward in a productive way that aligns with your true values, needs and desires. I understand that there is so much more to you than your thoughts and I can help you examine these areas of your life to see how they are all interconnected.
I want to help you acquire effective coping skills so you can feel like yourself again and so that you can manage the many challenges that life throws your way. Together, we can do this with confidence and connection knowing that you are being seen, heard and understood. I want to assist you in achieving your therapy goals so that you can become the best version of yourself. We can do this together in a warm, relaxing, non-judgmental and safe environment which allows you the comfort of being yourself so I can help meet you where you are at to address your specific needs.
