Hello, and welcome! My name is Rebekah, and finding the right therapist for you is the most important step in your healing journey. A lot happens during therapy, but my general style of therapy is client-centered and psychodynamic, meaning that you, the client, are the expert in your own life. My job is to ask the right questions and to hold a no-judgment space for you in session. Whether you are looking to overcome depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship pitfalls, grief, trauma, or you're just trying to strive for deeper personal growth and understanding, I want to work with you. I work primarily with clients that are 18 and over. I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology, which I received from Wayne State University. I am currently licensed as a TLLP, meaning that I am actively supervised by Dr. Jessica Hurlston, LP.
