If you feel like you are struggling or stuck in survival mode due to unresolved conflict and feelings/emotions stemming from your past such as, pain, shame, anger, regret, guilt, etc., let’s break this cycle and create a new way of taking on life. We cannot change the past, nor can we change others. However, we do have the power to make changes in our own life. Together we will work through the emotional distress you have been experiencing and process these feelings/emotions to gain insight on how the past greatly affects all areas of our lives (thought process, attitudes, behaviors, relationships, sense of safety, etc.). Throughout this journey you will learn that the key to healing is accepting, forgiving, and letting go. It would be my honor to take this journey with you and break through these obstacles so that you can start thriving in life rather than just surviving it.
